Salone del Mobile 2026

Apr 29, 2026 Exhibitions
For the 14th consecutive year, AL2 was proud to be part of Salone del Mobile. This continued presence is not simply a marker of longevity, but a reaffirmation of a long-standing commitment to design excellence, craftsmanship and the ongoing pursuit of innovation.

This year’s stand in Salone del Mobile was conceived around the concept “A Poetry of Shapes and Materials” — an invitation to experience design as something felt as much as seen. Through the careful interplay of form, texture and materiality, a dialogue was created between the objects and those who encountered them. A space where craft and concept were allowed to coexist in quiet harmony.

At the heart of this year’s presentation, a new collection was unveiled — one that reflects the values AL2 has always held close. The Meguru table, developed in collaboration with the renowned architect Kengo Kuma, was among the most celebrated pieces of the exhibition. Rooted in the ancient Greek meander motif, the design explores the idea of continuous movement and return, realised through the controlled bending of a single continuous plywood sheet.

Alongside it, the Prism dining table was presented — a piece in which the geometry of ancient Acropolis columns is revisited through the dialogue of natural wood and curved glass.

The Trinity sofa expressed a quieter elegance — its modular structure and balanced proportions offering a sense of clarity and considered restraint.

Completing the presentation, the Flow sofa introduced a more sculptural sensibility to the collection, its fluid silhouette and generous proportions shaped to evoke ease and natural comfort.

Gratitude is extended to all who visited the stand in Salone del Mobile and took the time to engage with the collection. The interest and appreciation shown throughout the week served as a meaningful reminder of why this work matters.
